Colonel Benedict Arnold captured a supply of weapons for the colonies at Fort Ticonderoga.

Fort Ticonderoga was a large 18th-century star fort built by the French at a narrows near the south end of Lake Champlain, in northern New York, in the United States.  

Benedict Arnold was an American military officer who was general during the American Revolutionary War, struggling for the American Continental Army prior to defecting to the British in 1780.
