The stages of development within the groups were described by Bruce Tuckman in the year of 1965. The groups must go throught these phases to reach their maximum effectiveness.

Stagew one is forming. At this stage the acceptance of the individual within the group is important. Focus will be on the fulfillment of common objectives and also on individual tasks. People know each other.

Stage two is storming, within which the group remains cordial but minimal confrontations will appear. To move on to the netx phase you must learn to handle conflicts.

Stage three is norming, individuals feel part of the group.

Performing is the final stahe where the group maintains a stage of independence and flexibility. They work together and trust them. In the latter the group has the greatest possible cohesion due to all the work done previously.

Pls help! Which argument did the Antifederalists use to convince people to reject the Constitution?
Alexus [3.1K]

Answer:

C. State constitutions guaranteed individual liberties.

Explanation:

The 1787 ratification of the Constitution of the United States was one of the major issues of discord between the supporters and opposers of the process. They are known as the Federalists and anti-Federalists.

The main argument of the Anti-federalists was that the federal government will have a massive hold over the people and restrict or minimize individual freedom. They believed that this new Constitution will lead to tyranny and reduce the powers of the state. To them, they wanted the division of power between the national and state governments, for a strong national government will only give more power to the President and individual state powers will lead to oppression. So, their argument was for a state government that will guarantee and allow individual liberties.

Thus, the correct answer is option C.
