Y=2/3x+3
y=(z/t)x+5
so subsitute and solve
3/2x+3=(z/t)x+5
subtract 5 from both sides
3/2x-2=(z/t)x
divide both sides by x
3/2-2/x=z/t

so combine
3/2-2/x
3/2 times x/x-2/x times 2/2=3x/2x-4/2x=(3x-4)/2x

the values are (3x-4)/2x

y= (\frac{3x-4}{2x})x+5
