Two innovations that the Europeans borrowed from other cultures would be paper-making and gunpowder.

- Paper-making;

The paper manged to revolutionize the way of writing and communication, but also for emotional expression. The Europeans used it to the maximum and managed to create countless writings with scientific topics, artistic expression, communication etc.

- Gunpowder;

It was something that the Europeans used in their advantage when they started to colonize the world. With the gunpowder they now had weapons that were much superior and they were able to won wars with relative ease thanks to this Asian invention.
