By devaluing the Bolivar, the president of Venezuela has artificially decreased the value of the national currency.

What this does it make it more expensive to buy US dollars. In the last 2-3 years, there has been a flight of billion of US dollars out of Venezuela due to the economic disaster looming in the country.

By making it more expensive to buy US Dollars, the President of Venezuela is hoping to decrease the flight of money from the country and protect local reserves.

To what extent this actually works, we will have to see. In many developed countries or countries with a healthy economy, such a strategy might work. However, in the case of Venezuela, the economy is so bad, that even the devaluation of the Bolivar might not help solve much.

By devaluating the bolivar, the president of Venezuela has....
1) he has brought the official value of Bolivar closer to the actual value - before this, the black market value was a lot lower than the actual value2) as a result, he might have actually made the Bolivar more valuable, because before the difference between the official and black market value made people avoid using the Bolivar and exchange the goods using dollars rather than bolivars

Compare the importance and opportunity of education in the north to that in the south.
lbvjy [14]

Although inequality was reasonably common in both the North and the South, it was more significant in the South. The Northern population was more likely to be middle class, as well as more likely to engage in different trades besides agriculture. This meant that education in the North was more common and widespread than in the South, where it was the privilege of a few lucky ones.

Farming in the early New England colonies was challenging because
pogonyaev
It was challenging because there wasn't many tools then and not a lot of relying resources. As early New England was developing, some crops would die off from livestock eating it, and lack of knowledge of what they were farming. This was some major things in the development of new England's agriculture.

Here is how it was explained to me. WW2 was blamed pretty much entirely in Hitler, yes obviously there were so many other factors, and decisions that made the total, destruction of everything, but everyone blames Hitler for the start of it all. In this passage though, it sounds like the blame is on the other political advisers, and his foreign minister. Like they were supposed to have pushed for more meetings, or tried to make Hitler see reason.

Hope that helps

Which factor contributed most to the issue depicted in this cartoon?
Colt1911 [192]

Answer: I would say C, but A is also possible.

Explanation:

The cartoon was published by Franklin Leslie in 1882, about the Chinese Exclusion Act. You can see "but no admittance to chinamen" on the sign, which is racist, but is more related to immigration.
