The soviet union wanted to gain entire control of west Berlin so they cut it off from the rest of the world but this plan did not succeed because the U.S. found a way to bring food and supplies to them by the berlin airlift and the wall remained from 1961 to 1989.

The Swahili language is actually a language that has its basis in the Bantu, but over time, because of the constant communication with lots of people that came in this part of Africa to trade, the language incorporated lots of words and phrases from other languages, so it became a mixed language that lots of people started using for mutual communication.
