We already know that 1 cup= 0.0625 gallon.

100 cups of gas* (0.0625 gallon of gas/ 1 cup of gas)= 6.25 gallons of gas.

6.25 gallons of gas* ($3.12/ 1 gallon of gas)= $19.50.

The gas cost $19.50~

Which ordered pair describes the location of point P?
Reptile [31]
Coordinates are written (x,y). So find P on the graph. Start at the origin, (0,0), and go left 2 units, sp you're right under P. Since you went left, it's negative, x=-2. Then just go up until you get to P, y=3. So you end up with P is at (-2,3). Hope this helps!
