Cardiovascular endurance tells us that how well the body can provide blood during a physical activity like running, cycling, aerobics, etc, for a longer period, more than 90 seconds.

Cardiovascular Endurance has many health related benefits. One of the main benefit of cardiovascular endurance is the longer life. Some other benefits may include:
