First we write them in improper fraction. That is

= \frac{5*15+13}{15} - \frac{1*3+2}{3}

= \frac{88}{15} - \frac{5}{3}

And the LCD is 15 here.

\frac{88-25}{15} = \frac{63}{15}

Which can be reduced to
