Hitler made ghettos, excluded them from being citizens, and allowed people to ransack them and do them harm legally. He later deported them to concentration camps. They either went to a "death camp" Where they would die instantly, or a "labor camp" which the Jews worked until they were ready to go to the death camp (in terrible conditions)
