The Constitution established our federal government. Without it we might still be a group of states operating under the Articles of Confederation. ... Then the country would still be governed under the Articles of Confederation. Which would mean that the federal government would have less power today than it does.

So, without the constitution, we wouldn't have any of this, we wouldn't have certain job positions either such as law enforcement, and the reason as to this, is because the constitution keeps courts in session and keeps prisons and jails going, and without that, there would be many problems throughout America that would lead to a disaster, maybe even some civil wars.
