Which shoes the levels of organization in multicelur organisms from implest to most complex
Inessa05 [86]

Answer:

The biological levels of classification from simplest to most complex are:

Organelles: The different structures from which a cell is made. For example, ribosomes, vacuoles etc

Cells: The basic unit of life. For example, red blood cells

Tissues: Cells which work together. For example connective tissue

Organ: different tissues work together to form an organ. For example, the heart

Organ System: Different organs work together to form an organ system. For example, digestive system

Organism: Different organ systems work together to form an organism. For example, a human

Species: Organism which can interbreed and produce fertile offsprings. For example, humans in any part of the world.

Population: Group of organisms of a particular species living together in an area at a particular time. For example, humming birds living together in a forest.

Community: Different populations living in a particular area at a particular time. For example, a group of birds, animals and plants living in an area at a particular time

Ecosystem: The biotic and abiotic factors in an area combine to form an ecosystem. For example, animals living in a fores along with the non-living components such as water, shelter, sun light etc.

Biosphere: All the ecosystems of the world combine to form a biosphere.

In case of a Natural Disaster, taking the desition about who must receive the benefits of a donation is: a. A Dilemma of Justice
4vir4ik [10]

In case of a Natural Disaster, taking the decision about who must receive the benefits of a donation is "a locus of authority".

Option: D

Explanation:

A locus of authority arises when questions are raised about who is accountable or under which jurisdiction anything falls. In the scenario of some health, law or environmental (natural disaster) emergency the central or state governments are responsible for releasing funds to rescue the region by providing basic needs like food, medical aids, etc.

This phase is very important for the head of nation because allocating fund is easy but in right hands is trick, so the authority to whom fund is handover for further processing via right channel and to targeted audience is uttermost priority, also in time.

In this lab, we'll be using PCR to make many copies of a small region of your personal DNA genome. It is a very bad idea to touc
Luden [163]
Sounds like a trick question.

Maybe not. contamination is easy, but gloves are a barrier between other organic material on yourself (such as what you ate for lunch) and what you are testing.

Other than the fact your DNA will be different than another person’s DNA, if we assume you are theoretically free of debris of any kind, then your DNA would test the same always.

Note: any contamination after purifying extract for a small sequence can give false positives. There are repeat sequences possible that would interfere if you are testing a small enough sequence.

I hope that helps!

What are complementary base patterns? Why are they important?
Kisachek [45]

Answer:

Complementary base patterns are the phenomenon in which guanine binds with cytosine and adenine paired with thymine in DNA

Explanation:

 • Complimentary base are the base of DNA and RNA. These base constitutes the structure of Nucleic acids(DNA and RNA).
 • For DNA complimentary base are adenine, thymine, guanine and cytosine. Guanine is a complementary base of cytosine, whereas adenine is a complementary base of thymine.
 • In RNA uracil is present rather than thymine.
 • Complimentary base patterns are the arrangement of the complimentary base.
 • The Complementary base pairing is important as in DNA the base pairs are arranged in sauch a way that give the DNA a helical structure.
 • Arrangement of base pair helps in matching the DNA.

Result: Complementary base patterns are bases of Nucleic acids.

The PCR protocol that is currently used in laboratories was facilitated by the discovery of a bacterium called Thermus aquaticus
Ugo [173]

Answer:

The correct answer is - Each cycle includes a "hot" denaturation phase (95C), which separates the hydrogen bonds that hold the strands of the template DNA together.

Explanation:

PCR is a polymerase chain reaction created by karry Mullis which is utilized to amplify a copy of DNA segments or a single copy of DNA or gene. The following are the steps involved in PCR reaction;

Denaturation: During this progression, the two-fold strand of DNA gets separated. The temperature required for this progression is 94 — 98 C.

Annealing: during this progression, Template DNA and DNA primers get attached. The temperature required for this progression is 55 — 70 C

Extension: During this progression, the polymerase includes the bases that are reciprocal to the template DNA strand. The temperature required for this progression is 65 — 72 C.

At such high temperatures, DNA polymerase gets denatured. As it very well may be found in the above strides for the isolation of the DNA strand high temperature of 94 — 98 C Is utilized. Taq polymerase can withstand such high temperatures.
