Im an antisocial person and i want to talk to people. How can I talk and make friends without being scared?

I’ll just say maybe slowly talk to her/him then over time you’ll be friends and maybe tell them what ur interest are and etc..

There is no guarantee you wont be scared what ive done to make friends with people is to become friends with them in my classes then slowly talk to them more till you can hang out during lunch period
