Answer:

A Most people with HPV never develop symptoms, but sometimes the infection can develop into genital warts, cervical cancer, or other genital cancers.

Explanation:

Human papilloma virus or HPV is a sexually transmitted infection. It can infect the genital area like vagina, penis, anus, vulva, cervix etc. It can also infect mouth and throat. It is spread by sexual contact.

Most of the times it is asymptomatic. People might not even realize that they are infected by it. It has no cure and also goes away on its own after sometime. In some cases though it can cause more serious implications like genital warts and cervical, vulvar, penile cancer etc. HPV can lead to cancer because the virus can cause normal cells to become abnormal. Hence it is important to get regular Pap and HPV tests.

ivann1987 [24]

Answer:

1. The blood entering the right side of the body contains un- oxygenated blood (B).

2. All arteries carry oxygenated blood EXCEPT the pulmonary artery.

3. What structure brings blood to the right atrium? Superior and inferior vena cava (D).

Explanation:

The cardiovascular system is responsible for getting blood to organs throughout the body, through the joint function of the heart and blood vessels.

The circulation of the blood has been divided into two circuits:

 1. The major circulation, which includes the exit of blood from the heart to the arterial system, to go to the whole body. This circuit is closed with the arrival of blood to the heart through the system of venous vessels.
 2. The minor circulation consists of the passage of blood from the right ventricle to the lungs, and from these to the left atrium.

The blood that reaches the right atrium —entering to right side— proceeds from the superior and inferior vena cava, and is non-oxygenated blood.

In the minor circulation, the pulmonary arteries exit the right ventricle, carrying non-oxygenated blood to the lungs, being the only arteries to carry venous blood.
