Thus, the place where compensation occurs becomes overloaded and becomes an easy target for the onset of injuries such as muscle strains, sprains, pains or even a nerve clamping.

In addition to decreasing the risk of injury flexibility has other benefits: reduced muscle tension, improved coordination and body awareness, increased local blood circulation and decreased energy expenditure.
