The more active you are the more healthy proteins you will need to eat.
If you are having a baby the developing fetus will require some things meaning higher intake is key. Finally, If you have a iron deficiancy more iron is needed to keep you as healthy as possible.
Is this a rash? It may be from something your using. Like soap or lotion. Non scented products are best.
I would say first think of your goal, something that will be achievable for you to accomplish then keep on setting your goals higher and higher until you are satisfied with what you have achieved. Then, i would say to work on your goal. Work on it day to day or even twice a week or maybe three times a week to achieve your goal that you have set.
