The separation of powers was that power should be separated between various people or institutions in order to ensure that the government is fair. If the King controls the courts then the courts just act according to the King's will, even if the King does something that is illegal which means that the King is a tyrant and an absolutist.

the political outlook as well as create a government that would be beneficial
to the citizens of the United States. They created laws to stop big bosses in
saloons as well as promote women suffrage in the United States

The women helped their families during the Great Depression by cooking and cleaning when their husbands were at work or protesting or looking for work. They cooked and cleaned and got alot less appreciation than they deserved. :(
