What is hemoglobin? (Do not copy word for word from internet please). I need a very detailed description.
goblinko [34]

Hello!

Hemoglobin is the protein which carries oxygen by binding to it. Hemoglobin is found in red blood cells. This protein is extremely important as it allows respiration to be carried out, and transports oxygen to the rest of our bodies.

Oxygen diffuses from the alveoli (in our lungs) through capillaries into the blood. From there, the hemoglobin in the blood will take the oxygen, and bring it to the other parts of the body which need it. This also allows continued diffusion into the capillaries.

Hope this helps!

Which best explains why treating children is a medical speciality?
MAXImum [283]

Answer:

The correct answer out of all of these choices is B, "Children have a lot of medical issues that adults do not."

Explanation:

This is because children's bodies are much more at risk of diseases and injuries thanks to their low exposure to diseases and thus lower resistance to said diseases as adults do. Children's bodies are also much less durable than adults, so it's easier for them to get injured.
