After you complete your survey of students reported heights at your school, you discover that your sample is biased. Exactly 10%

of the students in your sample tended to over report their height more than the average student in the general population at the school. What conclusion can you reach about the mean of the average difference in your sample?

What we can say with a good deal of certainty is that our sample is biased towards the higher spectrum and that the real value of the mean for our population is lower than the obtained value of our sample. If this is true, we should expect for the standard deviation to be higher than in the population.

I don’t really understand could you help
givi [52]

Answer:

M: (-7, -3)

A: (0, -3)

T: (0, -8)

Step-by-step explanation:

each of the points are associated with a letter. you can find the points by looking at the points it matches up with in the formatting of (x,y)

for example, for M, you can see that the dot on the x axis seems to be hovering below -7, on the y axis, it seems to be hovering next to -3. therefore, its (-7,-3)

Luc randomly selected 40 students and asked them whether they had ever gone snowboarding. He repeated this survey using the same
anygoal [31]
C. No, because although the results differ among the four surveys, the sample method used for all was the same. Luc RANDOMLY selects 40 students in every survey. Random selection in surveys do not create bias and the results are highly credible. This is because there are no preconceived notions or factors that affect the responses of people being surveyed.
