-Making unreasonable demands on staff, including requiring them to work under threat of termination,often long shifts, during Thanksgiving.
-Health and safety risks due to insufficient staff for crowd management.
-Selling "derivative" products manufactured just for Black Friday with lower specifications.
-As black Friday is gaining popularity in Muslim countries, many clerics as well as people have started to consider the words "Black Friday" as derogatory, as Friday is the most important day of the week in Islamic cultures and considered to be a blessed day. Alternate names like White Friday and Blessed Friday are gaining popularity in countries like Pakistan
