Answer:

58563, 57511-51, R87.612

Explanation:

The CPT® and ICD-10-CM codes are very useful and extremely important in the hospital environment. This is because through them it is possible to code diseases, procedures, symptoms, surgeries, applications and any other activity and situation that occurs with an patient or within the hospital environment.

With the presence of these codes, medical care is streamlined, in addition, the codes allow several professionals to have a universal language that can help patients anywhere in the world.

In relation to the situation shown in the question above, the CPT® and ICD-10-CM codes used are 58563, 57511-51, R87.612.

Viruses are made up of cells
Natali5045456 [20]
What is a virus ?

Viruses are not made out of cells. A single virus particle is known as a virion, and is made up of a set of genes bundled within a protective protein shell called a capsid. Certain virus strains will have an extra membrane (lipid bilayer) surrounding it called an envelope.

can someone explain the following and give examples: protons nuetrons and electrons there charges etc.(for 30 points)
alexdok [17]

Explanation:

Protons are positively charged sub-atomic particles that are in the nucleus of an atom and have a relative mass of 1. Neutrons have a neutral charge, meaning they have no charge, and are also in the nucleus of an atom with a relative mass of 1.Electrons are negatively charged particles that orbit the nucleus in electron clouds. They are said to have a relative mass of 0.

For example, a sodium atom is number 11 on the periodic table. The atomic number of sodium tells us the no. of protons contained within its nucleus as well as the number of electrons orbiting. So we can say that sodiun has 11 electrons and 11 protons. To determine the number of neutrons, simply subtract the number of protons from the mass number( found on periodic table)

23-11=12 neutrons
