Answer:

The poem describes a single scene; The memoir describes many scenes.

Explanation:

The poem uses few words; the memoir uses many words. The poem has short lines and stanzas; the memoir is written in prose paragraphs. The poem shows an outsider’s point of view of Rosa Parks; the memoir does not. The poem compares Rosa Park’s gaze to a flame; the memoir does not.

When would you be most likely to use an interrogative pronoun?
Elodia [21]
The correct answer is A. An interrogative pronoun is most likely used to introduce a question. The word "interrogative" means "relating to a question," so an interrogative pronoun must be a pronoun that relates to a question. Remember that interrogative pronouns are what, which, who/whom, and whose. These pronouns are used to ask questions. For example: Which book is mine? Who is at the door? What time do we have to leave?

What is the poem prevision about
sukhopar [10]

Answer:

I immediately start thinking of Anne Morrow Lindberg's classic book Gift from the Sea. Another poem I also think of is "Fear" by Gabriela Mistral. Kilmer's poem, especially 13-16, are ready-made for tombstones. "My heart shall keep the child I knew/When you are really gone from me,/And spend its life remembering you/As shells remember the lost sea." This is a poem from a mother's heart, where grief has pierced it beyond the presenthour. It's the brief moments she clings to, and then must acknowledge the brevity of the precious life that was given to her in the form of the child. Lines 11-12 tug at the visual, "A mist about your beauty clings/Like a thin cloud before a star."
