D. Way in which population would be counted in each state.


When the founders were writing the Constitution, there came the problem with representation. Each state has an amount of representation based on the population of that state. The more population, the more representatives. They counted each free person and indentured servant. And 3/5 of all other person, including slaves and Indians. This was proposed this compromise to get the support of Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

2. Napoleon had stabilized France, He brought it in good reforms, but not the way the French Revolution wanted it to be. By taking power, he didn't share the power equally, back to what had started the Revolution with Estates and Political Inequality. Another thing they argued about was that Napoleon was the best of Military leader of all time.
