The Great Compromise, which is the compromise that established the Legislative Branch, said that the number of representatives would be determined by a state's population. It also included the senate, which said each state would have 2 representatives. This allowed equal representation among smaller and larger states, and made a more fair system for both.

This system is obviously well-made as we are still using it today.

conventional Plagiarism is the act where a person uses another person’s idea without acknowledging the owner of this idea. Plagiarism may be intentional or unintentional. While unintentional plagiarism can occur without the awareness of the students, intentional plagiarism reflects the moral position of the student. In the first stage of moral development, people may avoid committing plagiarism because societal laws discourage this behavior. Therefore, plagiarism is avoided in order to avoid punishment. For instance, a student may avoid plagiarism in order to avoid being expelled from school. When people move to the second stage of moral reasoning, they develop the view that right behaviors are ones that promote own interest.

C. that's the process of introduction

it doesn't mention any debate or set rules regarding it, the bill isn't passed until it goes to a vote, and a filibuster is a really long speech to delay progress so the rest of the choices are ruled out
