U start at making a point at -1, then you continue there by moving 4 spaces down and then 1 to the right. you keep doing that until you get a bunch of dots. next you draw a dotted line connecting everything

twice as many means that the number of crayons is multiplied by 2, which would give 2C
she also has 3 more than that so you would add 3 (+3)
