Answer: D. command a witness to produce documents or things.

Explanation: The term subpoena means a command issued by the court. The command may be a subpoena ad testificandum, which commands a witness to appear and give testimony; a subpoena duces tecum, which commands a witness to produce documents or things; or both.

A subpoena duces tecum is used to compel the release of medical records.

Which one of the following choices is most accurate about fat-soluble vitamins?
Ede4ka [16]

I believe the answer is: D. They can be stored in the body.

Unlike other similar substance, Fat-soluble vitamins cannot be dissolved in water and would give the best performance when being consumed together with foods with higher fat content.

When the body do not use all the existing fat soluble vitamins, they would be stored within the liver and fatty tissue for future use.

Answer:

Well I do not think it would be A or B. The best answer I can give you is D. If you talk to someone face to face it makes the message more clear and the person will be able to understand better, plus it's another good way to give a message rather then mailing or something like that. If the answer is not D however then it would be C.

If this was helpful please mark brainliest I am one away from next rank :D
