6 0

Answer:

10

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that interior plus exterior angles add to 180.

1/5 of 180 = 36

36 degrees = exterior angles

180-36=interior angles

180-36=144

To find the number of sides of a polygon you have to do 360/exterior angles

360/36=10

A father is 60 years old and his son is half his age how old was the boy when his father was four times his age
mr Goodwill [35]
F=60, s=60/2=30

(60-x)/(30-x)=4

60-x=120-4x

60+3x=120

3x=60

x=20

s=30-x

s=30-20

s=10

So the boy was 10 years old when his father was four times his age.

can someone help me simplify this: the quantity 10 times x to the 6th power times y to the third power plus 20 times x to the th
VMariaS [17]
10x^6y^3 + 20x^3y^2 / 5x^3y =
5x^3y (2x^3y^2 + 4y) / 5x^3y=
2x^3y^2 + 4y

First you find what the expressions 10x^6y^3 and 20x^3y^2 have in common, and that is 5x^3y, which is the same as the denominator, so you can easily divide them and get 1.

How are percent error and percent change similar
mihalych1998 [28]
Percent Change = New Value − Old Value|Old Value| × 100%

Example: There were 200 customers yesterday, and 240 today:

240 − 200|200|× 100% = 40200 × 100% = 20%

A 20% increase.

Percent Error = |Approximate Value − Exact Value||Exact Value| × 100%

Example: I thought 70 people would turn up to the concert, but in fact 80 did!

|70 − 80||80| × 100% = 1080 × 100% = 12.5%

I was in error by 12.5%

(Without using the absolute value, the error is −12.5%, meaning I under-estimated the value)

The difference between the two is that one states factual calculations and the other is a theoretical guess
