Answer:

The correct answer is: The nutritional objectives are aimed at promoting health, reducing the risk of developing pathologies related to food and controlling specific diseases caused by excessive or insufficient intake of certain foods.

Explanation:

Easy and understandable recommendations are needed to achieve nutritional objectives. Dietary guidelines represent the practical way to achieve nutritional goals by the population. They should take into account the pattern of usual food consumption in the area and indicate the aspects that would be desirable to modify. They must be expressed in terms of food.

According to the analysis of the dietary habits of the population, the nutritional objectives are aimed at reducing the probability of developing degenerative or chronic diseases and are the following:

Performing a varied diet, as this increases the likelihood of covering all recommended nutrient intakes.

Reduce fat intake, which would prevent the increase in obesity.

Adapt caloric intake to energy expenditure and maintenance of body weight.

Increase the practice of physical exercise.

Increase fiber consumption through cereals, legumes, vegetables and fruits.

Reduce salt intake since an excess is related to high blood pressure.

Moderate and, in some cases, avoid alcohol consumption.

If in doubt, always consult a nutritionist.

Discuss two benefits of multicellular organisms having some specialized cells rather than all the cells being the same.
vladimir1956 [14]
One benefit is evolution. If it turns out that one of the specialized cells is better than the other, than over time it will replace the less effective one. If all cells were the same, organisms wouldn't be able to adapt to different environments and evolve.

Another benefit is that with specialized cells, your body is able to become more complex. This complexity can lead to cellular ecosystems in which cells are able to form symbiotic relationships with other cells. For example is us, humans. We are a symbiotic relationship between many different types of cells.
Our lungs are able to aid our muscles which in turn aid our strength. Our heart pumps blood that delivers oxygen to other organs and muscles. And Etc.

Hope this helped!! :D
