1. If you maintain a target heart range while walking, you’re exercising aerobically. Walking

at a steady pace, with a little bit of huffing and puffing, indicates that you’re in your target

range. Conversation should be a bit difficult, but not labored. You should feel some exertion,

but your muscles shouldn’t burn and you shouldn’t be gasping for breath. If this is happening, slow your pace and work up to a faster pace.

2. Mode of exercise, frequency, and intensity

3. There’s no one specific time of day that’s best for exercise. Aerobic exercise can be performed at any time of the day, except right after a heavy meal. It’s up to each individual to  determine his or her ideal time to exercise.

Li believes in using traditional remedies. She firmly believes that if she balances her and she will stay healthy.
DochEvi [55]

I am not sure on what to do on this question but I think that if Li eats healthy and exercises theroughly then I think that she won't have to worry about her diet anymore.

I also think that if she can take all the stress out of her body then that can also lower her body weight!

Eating healthy and exercizing and drinking the right amount of liquids will help keep her body in shape!!!

How do I know that? I did it myself once!!!!!

I hope this answer helps I didnt really know how to answer this :)
