Answer:

DNA polymerase I

Explanation:

DNA polymerase I have a distinct 5' to 3' exonuclease activity. This allows the DNA polymerase I to remove a segment of DNA or RNA that is paired with the template strand. Due to the presence of its 5' to 3' exonuclease activity, DNA polymerase I can remove the primers from the newly formed DNA strands. Since the lagging strand is replicated by the formation of Okazaki fragments, it requires DNA polymerase I to remove primers from each of the Okazaki fragments.

What order would you be using if you were using an aabb pattern? (1 point chronological spatial compare-and-contrast development
Lady bird [3.3K]
If you were using an AABB pattern, then the order you would be using is compare-and-contrast.
First, you talk about A, where you mention the characteristics of that particular item. Then you talk about B and its characteristics, and in the end you compare them for similarities and contrast for differences.

k0ka [10]

Answer:Phenolphthalein is a presumptive test that reacts with the heme molecule present in blood. A positive reaction gives a pink color. While bloodstains normally appear red-brown in color, the color of the substrate or the age of a stain may affect the appearance or visibility of the stain.
