Answer:

Macbeth's reaction to the witches' prophecy for his future is that he is excited at the prospect of becoming king but also fearful about what role he will have to play in making it happen

Explanation:

In Act 1, Scene 3, the three witches greet Macbeth as the king to be and start telling him the prophecy of his future where he will be the new king. Macbeth having heard that his deepest and most incredible dream will become true starts to go from excitement to worry as he thinks about what is it going to happen for him to become the king. And little by little he starts losing his mind and to act erratically.

Which statement best describes the point of view Jean Fritz uses in Homesick?
Andrew [12]

Answer:

Fritz uses first-person point of view to describe the thoughts and perspectives of the narrator.

Explanation:

Jean Fritz in the book Homesick uses the first person narrative to put the readers in the shoes of the major character in the book so they could better understand his perspective, feel his emotions, and view the world from the same lenses.

The use of the pronoun "I" and "Me" by the author was to enable the first person narrative.

For example,

I entered the room and everywhere was dark

She was looking directly at me.

This use of personal pronouns, object pronouns, possessive pronouns, etc were used extensively in the book to enable the readers experience the events from the first person narrative of the major character.
