The Information you need to fill the table is the following:

REGIONS: Asia-Americas-Africa.
SITUATED IN: Little populated Areas.
OPERATED BY: Plantation Overseers.
WORKERS: Commonly from Overseas, many were slaves. Housing and Food were provided to them.
TYPES OF CROPS: Coffee, sugar, cotton... (cash crops). 
DEFINITION: Agrarian Latifundist system, based on the large-scale production of one or two crops.

Plantations were mainly developed in the intertropical zone during the colonial period and were highly criticized because this system favored slavery or low wages to the workers, in order to get more profits.
