X= -5
y= -2
I didn't double check the answers by inputting them back into the equations, but if you want to then you can. Yet I am 99% positive my answer is correct.

Add both equations;
3x+2y=-19
-3x-5y=25
o-3y=6
so,  y=6÷(-3)=-2
and for x  3x+2(-2) =-19⇒ 3x-4=-19⇒3x=-15⇒x=-5
hope so it will help

a sidewalk is 5ft wide, 6in deep, and 220 ft long. how many cubic yards of concrete are needed to fill it?
tangare [24]

Answer:

1100/54 yds

Step-by-step explanation:

First convert inches and feet to yards

[3 ft = 1 yd, 12in = 1yd]

5ft = 1 2/3 yds

6in = 1/6 yds

220ft = 73 1/3 yds

Now use the volume formula,

b*w*h = A

[1 2/3] * [1/6] * [73 1/3]

= [5/3] * [1/6] * [220/3]

= [5/18] * [220/3]

= 1100/54 yds

An angle measures 38° less than the measure of its complementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?
xxMikexx [17]

Answer:

One angle is 26 degrees and the other is 64 degrees.

Step-by-step explanation:

Complementary angles add up to a total of 90 degrees. Therefore, if one of the two angles is known to be 38 degrees less, then the other angle can be calculated:

90 = (x-38) + (x)

52 = 2x

26 = x

This means that one of the angles is 26 degrees, and the other is 64 degrees.

igor_vitrenko [27]
The answer is B. If you put the information given into a proportion, you will find that Anthony worked for 7.5 hours. When the problem says that his hourly rate is proportional to Carla's, it means that he gets the same amount of money per hour as she does.
