Read the persuasive conclusion. Gardening can enhance lives and provide nourishment. Time spent outside in a garden boosts the b

ody’s immune system, and a garden’s harvest can be a healthy, cost-saving supplement to any diet. Which sentence best completes this conclusion? The sun is a natural source of vitamin D, an essential nutrient for good health. When tending your garden, use natural pesticides instead of chemicals. Consider starting your own garden with some of your favorite vegetable seeds. Despite the challenges of insects and blight, gardening is a simple hobby.

The sentence which best completes this conclusion is the following: Consider starting your own garden with some of your favorite vegetable seeds.

This is because the rest of the conclusion paragraph refers to benefits that gardening can offer. So, a concluding sentence which encourages the readers to start their own garden is the only relevant choice here. Choice 1 talks about the benifits of the sun exposure but it's not directly related to gardening. Choice 2 gives a very specific advice on pesticides which doesn't seem to be relevant at this point either. Choice 4 mentions some challenges that gardening has and so it cannot be used to finish a parapraph related to the benefits of gardening.

Can someone please help me with my introduction for a essay. How does the ability to read and write and write make you "free"? O
ivann1987 [24]
Language is art, reading and writing makes me "free" because reading sets a tale from a different world; the characters are real in emotion, notion, and personality yet the story is unreal; drama, exaggeration, unrealistic resolution- that is the beauty of language. In other words it separates you from your current society to the author's omniscient society. For example a society that there is only nature and nature talks to a society of the robotic world. It makes you feel like your with the characters, settings, trapped in a dilemma in the climax, and the reflection of your heart let's you decide what is better for the resolution of the story, everybody is different in imagery, thought and resolution for a story. Writing is like a trapeze act- you never know if it's going to make it safety or not. Writing makes me free of thought, free of my mind and soul. I can write anything that I have a passion for, anything that interests my desired topic. My mind tells me to write while my soul writes figuratively; writing a sentence metaphorically, in allusions and adding personification. Achieving reading and writing makes language free for me and communication for me is like lighting up a candle. The foundation for communication is reading and writing and as long as they are together they can open a sense communication which means telling your stories to people who are willing to read gives communication a spark. People reading your stories and telling you how get you are gives the impression that communication makes you "free." hope this helps :)

Which sentence uses a verb that agrees with its pronoun subject? A. You are quite a hardworking young man. B. You all had been p
fredd [130]
A and D are grammatically correct! B and C are 100% incorrect.

In A, you can write "You are quite a..." as "You're quiet a...", but in D ,i don't see an error. So it's a 50-50 in my opinion.

I'm not a 100% sure on the right answer, but i can assure you that the answer is either A or D. Hope it helps!
