1st angle  - x⁰
2nd angle - (x+25)⁰
The angles are supplementary,
so
x+x+25=180
2x=155
x=77.5⁰ -1st angle

77.5+25=102.5⁰ - 2nd angle

Answer:

there are 4725 different ways to pick the 11 players

Step-by-step explanation:

assuming that a player can only play from its position and not from the other 2 , then each defensive position is independent from the others , and since the order each player is chosen is not relevant we have that:

total combinations = possible combinations of linemen * possible combinations of linebackers * possible combinations of defensive backs = combinations of 5 linemen  from 7 * combinations of 4 linebackers  from 6 * combinations of 2 defensive backs from 6 =  [ 7!/(5!*(7-5)!] * [ 6!/(4!*(6-4)!] * [ 6!/(2!*(6-2)!] = 7!/(2!*5!)*[ 6!/(4!*2!)]² = 4725 combinations

thus there are 4725 different ways to pick the 11 players

Solve for x in simplest form. 9=1/4 (6x+12)
morpeh [17]

Answer:

x=4

Step-by-step explanation:

9=1/4 (6x+12)

Multiply each side by 4

4*9 =4*1/4 (6x+12)

36 =  (6x+12)

Subtract 12 from each side

36-12 = 6x+12-12

24 = 6x

Divide each side by 6

24/6 = 6x/6

4 =x

Kendra is flying a kite 35 feet in the air. The angle of depression from the kite to where Kendra holds the string is 32 degrees
Arturiano [62]
Answer: option c. 60.4 feet.

Make a right triangle where,

Hypotenuse = distance from her hands to the kite

Opposed leg = Height of the kite - holding height = 35 feet - 3 feet = 32 feet

Adjacent leg = horizontal distance from the point directly below the kite to Kendra's hand.

Angles: elevation angle from her hands = depression angle from the kite = 32°.

Relations: sin (32°) = opposed leg / hypotenuse =>

hypotenuse = opposed leg / sin (32) = 32 feet / sin(32) = 60.4 feet
