Answer:

The First Amendment Free Excercise Claus gives the people the right to excercise their beliefs freedomly, with no impediments on the part of the government.

The Warren Court ruled that the freedom of worship clause means that governments must have a compelling reason before they can pass a law that overwhelms the practice of religion excessively. Subsequent rulings departed from this criterion, allowed government events that interfere with religion as long as they are neutral.

what is the significance of the goths crossing the danube and why were they unlike other tribes that had come before them?
Alisiya [41]

Answer:

Goths were barbarian tribes.

Explanation:

In 376, the Goths arrived along the Danube River and appealed Flavius Valens (Roman emperor), for approving to cross the river and enter the Roman Empire. The purpose of asking permission to enter the Roman Empire was a concern of the Huns. Huns were nomads known for their brutal who placed a military pressure on the Goths as they began to move in the west direction.

The Goths first came to the Roman empire to seek shelter. At first, the relationship between the Romans and Goths was peaceable, but as the number of Gothic people increased, the Romans fought back. Goths fought against Romans in the late 300s A.D., that led to the downfall of the Roman Empire.
