It would be B.

B is the nucleus, which contains all the DNA inside of it.

A: I'm pretty sure this is the Mitochondrion, which "is the powerhouse of the cell," as has probably been drilled into your head.

C: Golgi Apparatus, I'm pretty sure, which packages things and sends it off.

D: Endoplasmic Reticulum: Creates proteins and helps with creating lipids and carbohydrates (I think) and also transports things.

So your answer would be B.

Where in the cell does the krebs cycle part of cellular respiration occur ?
neonofarm [45]

Answer:

In the mitochondrial matrix

Explanation:

The mitochondria is an organelle within the cytoplasm of the cell. It consists of an outer membrane, inner membrane, and matrix containing a gel-like substance. During aerobic respiration in mitochondria, cells break down sugars in the form of glucose into CO_{2} (carbon dioxide) and H_{2} O (water) to obtain energy in the form of ATP or adenosine triphosphate.

aerobic respiration:

C6H12O6+ 6 O2 → 6 CO2 + 6 H2O + ≅38 ATP

(glucose) (oxygen) (carbon dioxide) + (water)

The Kreb's cycle involves several enzymatic reactions, where pyruvate derivatives obtained from glycolysis, are reduced and oxidized to harvest energy as ATP.

Explain how the boiling of water and the cooling of water vapor is a reversible reaction.
kotegsom [21]

Answer: This is a reversible reaction because you can boil the water to make water vapor and when the water vapor is cooled down, it ill turn back into its original liquid, water. This occurs because of hydrogen bonding between water molecules.
