Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Louisiana,  and South Dakota were all states completely in the purchase, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Texas, new Mexico, and north Dakota were only partial
