the answer would be C.) y = -2x + 4
here is why:
start with y = mx +b 
imput the slope and the coordinates: 
-8 = -2 x (6) + b
then solve for b
-8 = -2 x (6) + b
-8 = -12 + b
b = 4

so then the equation would be 
y = -2x + 4

y - 3 = 2 ( x - 7)
y - 3 = 2x - 14
y = 2x - 11

because none of the answers are in standard y=mx+b form I would say that the answer would be none.
