I'm assuming you want to factor this?
So first, use the distributive property.

10x^2+6xy-14xy-14y^2
10x^2-8xy-14y^2

Next take out the GCF of 2
2(5x^2-4xy-7y^2)

Next factor 
2(5x-7y)(x+y)
