The Cherokee insist that they will be a separate country, and therefore Georgia can't put into effect kingdom legal guidelines inside their territory. was a case in which America incredible courtroom vacated the conviction of Samuel Worcester and held that the Georgia criminal statute that prohibited non-Indians from being gift on Indian lands without a license from the country modified into unconstitutional. </span>

 

3.<span>         (to the woman being pointed to in #3</span><span>)              </span><span>“Ma’am, please tell us about how this movement is affecting your people, now and for the future.”  </span>Response from the woman: We misplaced a lot of our young kids and our oldest tribe individuals. They died from illnesses, hunger, exposure to climate which includes severe bloodless or intense warmness and mistreatment.

 

4.<span>              </span><span>What was Robert Lindeux’s purpose in painting this event? What evidence in the painting suggests his purpose?  </span>Your response: He is showing the black clouds. and the white men coming in to take over. the white man is polluting the air.
