The Cherokee insist that they will be a separate country, and therefore Georgia can't put into effect kingdom legal guidelines inside their territory. was a case in which America incredible courtroom vacated the conviction of Samuel Worcester and held that the Georgia criminal statute that prohibited non-Indians from being gift on Indian lands without a license from the country modified into unconstitutional. </span>

They died from illnesses, hunger, exposure to climate which includes severe bloodless or intense warmness and mistreatment.
