  • Stock Market Bubble, which is represented by high stock prices that are not necessarily congruent with the companies' current performance. This will eventually lead to a sell out where the common investor ends up loosing.
  • Contradictory Monetary Policy, which means that the government reduces the supply of money into the system but the output of goods and services continues to grow. This will ultimately lead to deflation, as the prices begin to fall.
