6(2 - 7v) - 4(-6v + 7)

multiply the first bracket by 6

(6)(2)=-12

(6)(-7v)=-42v

multiply the second bracket by -4

(-4)(-6v)=-24v

(-4)(7)=-28

12-42v+24v-28

-16-18v

Answer:

-16-18v or -18v-16

Answer:

6(2-7v)-4(-6v+7)

Final result :

 -2 • (9v + 8)

Step by step solution :

Step  1  :

Equation at the end of step  1  :

 (6 • (2 - 7v)) -  4 • (7 - 6v)

Step  2  :

Equation at the end of step  2  :

 6 • (2 - 7v) -  4 • (7 - 6v)

Step  3  :

Step  4  :

Pulling out like terms :

4.1     Pull out like factors :

  -18v - 16  =   -2 • (9v + 8)

Final result :

 -2 • (9v + 8)

How do you change a decimal by a fraction
Stella [2.4K]
Write down the decimal divided by 1, like this: decimal 1. Step 2: Multiply both top and bottom by 10 for every number after the decimal point. (For example, if there are two numbers after the decimal point, then use 100, if there are three then use 1000, etc.) Step 3: Simplify (or reduce) the fraction.

The art club is designing a rectangular mural for the school hallway. Three
AysviL [449]

Answer:

The coordinates are (50, 103)

Step-by-step explanation:

The three hallways are AB, BC, CD.

The co-ordinate of D is (50, 75).

The school's flagpole is 28 meters right of the point D.

Hence the y-coordinate for the flagpole will be same as D, that is 75.

The x-coordinate will be (28 + 75) = 103.

The location of the school's flagpole will be represented by (50, 103)

I choose (3,3) and (4,5)
(3,3) —-> (x1,y1)
(4,5) —-> (x2,y2)

y2 - y1 5 - 3

Which recursive formula can be used to represent the sequence 2,4,6,8,10,...?
White raven [17]
a_{n} represents the next number in the sequence

we can see that there is a common difference between each of the numbers:
4-2=2
6-4=2
8-6=2
10-8=2

a_{n-1} represents the previous number in the sequence

a_{n}=a_{n-1}+2 this is the recursive formula for this equation

The last thing we need to do it double check the formula by plugging in numbers

a_{1}=a_{1-1}+2 \\ a_{1}=a_{0}+2 \\ 2=0+2 \\ 2=2

we will skip to the last known number and check that one too

a_{5}=a_{5-1}+2 \\ a_{5}=a_{4}+2 \\ 10=8+2 \\ 10=10
