raph of the following inequality: y < 3/2x + 2
The origin is not included in the shaded region and the shaded area is above the line.

The origin is not included in the shaded region and the shaded area is below the line.

I'll do a similar problem, and I challenge you to do this on your own using similar strategies!

Take y > 7x+2
Plugging in the origin, we have (0,0) as our points, and 0 > 0*7+2=2, so 0>2. As 0 is not greater than 2 (less than is the way that it's pointing), this is false. In addition, as it is y greater than 7x+2, the shaded area is above the line due to that y is greater than, and since y is up and down, greater than means higher than.

Good luck, and feel free to ask any questions that come up!

Wich set of angles measure could be the measure of the interior angles of a triangle? 90,42 and 58. 60,60 and 60. 100,48 and 43.
4vir4ik [10]

Answer:

60°,60° and 60°.

Step-by-step explanation:

The sum of the interior angle of a triangle

=180°

So, let us test measured sets to get which of them could be the interior angles of a triangle.

The sum of the first measured set

= 90° + 42° + 58°

=190°

Also, the sum of the second measured set

= 60°+ 60° + 60°

=180°

The sum of the third measured set,

= 100°+ 48° + 43°

=191°

Finally, the sum of the fourth measured set

= 31° + 75°+ 70°

=176°

We can clearly conclude that, the measured set 60°,60°and 60° could only be the the set of interior angles of a triangle. Since it is the only set that add up to 180°
