I think that it is a mixture of both. This is because when you communicate someone of a different culture, it is nice to get to know about that culture, but it can also have a negative affect. this is because sometimes different cultures think the same way that we think about them.

Global communication has definitely made a positive effect on everybody.

When communicating with people from different regions we get to learn many things. There is always mutual harmony when two people from different regions interact. They exchange their cultures, their knowledge, their views and thoughts. Thus it can be seen that there is a mutual exchange of knowledge and brotherhood.

Thus, the effect is mostly positive when there is global communications.
