Answer:
Attracted I believe.
Explanation:
A plastic rod is an insulator if rubbed by say a dish cloth and the "free" electrons from the plastic rod transfer to the cloth then the rod becomes positively charged because of the loss if it's electrons upsetting the balance of positive/negative charge The cloth receiving the electrons becomes negatively charged.
Positive and negative charges attract like when you rub a balloon on your hair and it sticks. Although they both were originally neutral "having the same positive and negative"
the balloon loses some of it's electrons becoming positive whilst your hair becomes negative although they just transferred from each other the two will still attract one another now that their is an unbalance.
This is my notes from last year my teacher really dumbed it down for us lol and it really helped but I'm not so sure if ur question would be answer with this but ik it will help with other problems for Physics I just thought I would share it I hope this helps have a lovely nite and good luck with this question let me know if the pics are good or not!
Time = (distance) / (speed)
Time = (150 x 10⁹ m) / (3 x 10⁸ m/s) =
50 x 10¹ sec =
500 sec = 8 min 20 sec
That there are not significate amounts of dark matter wihtin our solar system.
- The dark matter is a component of the universe whose presence is discerned from its gravitational attraction rather than its luminosity.
- The force of attraction between all masses in the universe; especially the attraction of the earth's mass for bodies near its surface is known as gravitational attraction.
- The luminous normal matter, such as protons, neutrons, electrons, and atoms in the universe, there are about 4 grams of nonluminous normal matter, mainly intergalactic hydrogen and helium.

Answer:
Velocity is a vector (it has magnitude and direction), so the overall velocity of an object can be found with vector addition of the x and y components: v2 = vx2 + vy2. The units to express the horizontal and vertical distances are meters (m).
