Answer:

he tries to calm the nerves of people in the country

Explanation:

America was facing a great crises. The crises was an economic meltdown known as the great depression. Part of the Great depression, that took place soon after the World War I, was caused by the participation in the war in an indirect way. This was when America bailed out Germany some money so that it could be able to repay the damage that it had caused through the War. In this plan, Germany was to manufacture and pay the Americans in due time. In addition, the great depression was caused by the drought that caused agricultural produce to decrease. In this speech, Roosevelt is calming the people. He said that people had nothing to fear except the fear itself and that everything would eventually work out.

The opposite of responsible is:
mortal
loose
delighted
joint
ella [17]

Answer:

I think the opposite is loose

Explanation:

Because responsible is being able to be trusted to do a task right? So loose would be the opposite since if you're loose(crazy, out of control, ect) you wouldn't be trusted as being responsible
