Answer: basically they want you to tell them how much you ate of (say mac'n'cheese) so you look at the serving size record how much you ate based off the measurement of the serving size and then you look to see how much calcium was in the amount you ate ( usually the measurements go by serving)

Meningeal irritation is caused due to the infectious meningitis. Meninges are the three layers of tissues protecting the brain and spinal cord. The symptoms include headache, stiffness of neck and fever. nausea and vomiting can also happen. It can be diagnosed by lumbar test and neuroimaging.
