Answer - 2 different types of a government is for example monarchy and democracy. Democracy is what we use in the U.S. and monarchy is something used in contries that have a King Or Queen. The major difference is the democracy has a president that only lasts 8 years the max. A monarchy is ruling a country as ong until that king or queen dies.
