Mary was worried because her baby seemed restless while sleeping, moving his arms and legs, grimacing, and his eyes were darting
frutty [35]

Mary's doctor would probably say to her that she has nothing to worry about. What her baby is experiencing is REM or Rapid Eye Movement. This is a stage of sleeping where a person has a low muscle tone throughout the body and a frantic movement of the eyes beneath the eyelids. In this stage is where we experience dreams more vividly and if we wake up we feel refreshed and alert. mary has nothing to worry about, babies tend to dream vividly even at such an early stage in our lives.

Hope this helps!

In 200 to 250 words, explain the role of the marketing function. What are some activities of the marketing department? Explain h
slamgirl [31]

Marketing is an activity designed to understand and meet the needs and wants of consumers. The marketing department determines the product's target audience and outlines product sales strategies that target consumers. This is done by creating product value for consumers. For example, a company that produces toothpaste for all consumers has different strategies for each consumer group. For consumers who have sensitive teeth, the marketing department creates campaigns to show how effective the product is in improving tooth sensitivity. For young people, the department seeks to create a modern packaging and creates advertising on tooth whitening blades. Thus, the primary function of the marketing department is to create personal value for products for each consumer group in order to increase product sales and maximize firm revenue.

As humans age from infant to adult, their brain and it's control of their body is still growing, still developing. Neural connections are constantly being built in the early years of childhood development. Thus a baby who can only hold things with a closed fist moves on to a toddler who can hold things on their open palm or with a closed or only half-closed fist. As the child's brain continues to develop, their fine motor skills grow to. This is why they can hold things in their hands as tools at a later age than when they were a toddler - their brain is capable of communicating to their fine muscle motors much more to allow them to control what's in their hands.</span>
